Mercury is seeking a BCM Lead to architect and drive an enterprise continuity program as we move toward banking readiness. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Product, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to design, implement, and test capabilities that protect critical services and enable rapid recovery.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can run BIAs, plan development, exercises, and remediation while reporting progress to the CRO and senior leadership.
