The Senior Commercial Managerwillplayacriticalroleinourrapidlygrowing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) teamandourexpansionwithinEMEA.The Sr.Commercial

ManagerwillownandleadthecommercialRFP&competitivebidprocesses,thenegotiationofcontractswithcontractors&suppliers,conductcostanalysisandmakestrategicdecisionsforprojectsranginginscopeandcomplexityforassignedprojects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ownandleadthe Customerandsub-contractorcontractnegotiationphaseforequipment,servicesandEPCcontractsbycollaboratingwithkeyinternalandexternalstakeholderstoidentifyandmitigaterisks;
• OwnandleadthecommercialtenderresponseandcompetitivebidprocessesforprojectswithinEMEA,analyzingcommercialandlegalaspectsof
  
  CustomerRFPstodevelopacompetitivesubmissiontocontinuetogrowtheexecutionpipeline;
• SupporttheexecutionteaminthedeliveryofourBESSprojects,ensuringcontractsaremanagedinacommerciallysensiblemanner;
• Workwiththeprocurementteamtodefinetenderstrategiesandrequirementsforoursub-contractsandevaluatebidresults;
• WorkwithsupplychaintocapturecompetitiveintelligenceandgenerateinsightsonsupplychainandBESSlandscape;
• Activelyidentifyopportunitiestoimproveanddevelopbestinclassbusinessprocesseswhichsupportcontinuousimprovementofthebusiness;and
• Assistinteambuildinginitiatives,onboardingnewtalentandfindingnewmemberstogrowtheteam.

Qualifications&Requirements:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedfieldsuchas
  
  Law,Business,Engineeringor Financeoranequivalentfielddegreeorworkexperience;
• Strongexperienceincommercialcontractnegotiationsandtendermanagementintheenergysector;
• Proficientinworkingwithstandardindustrycontractforms,e.g.FIDIC,NEC,JCTetc.;
• Fluentin English and Germanisrequired , (speakingandwriting)
• Abilitytoformopinionsandtakecriticaldecisionsinthefaceoflimitedorconflictingdataandundertimepressure;
• Willingnessandabilitytotraveltoattendindustryeventsandbothteamand Customermeetings;
• Excellentcommunicationskillsandconfidencewithexecutivelevelpresentations;
• Demonstratedteamworkskillsandabilityworkwellwithothers
• Abilitytomanagemultiplecomplexactivitiessimultaneously;and
• Dedicatedtodetailswhilekeepingthebiggerpictureinmind.
