What's the Job?- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end testing strategy for a large enterprise transformation program.
- Drive alignment across multiple teams including product, technology, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish and manage comprehensive testing plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to clarify testing requirements and go-live expectations.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across various work streams to maintain program health.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related roles within enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Experience developing and managing testing strategies, schedules, dependencies, and execution plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and working closely with technical teams.
