Role Overview:
As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the core of CMC’s operational excellence, playing a pivotal role in managing and optimizing patient care logistics. You'll own your market, driving schedules, coordinating resources, and improving operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Scheduling:

• Own and strategically manage the scheduling of patient visits, ensuring maximum efficiency and utilization of our onsite healthcare services.
• Proactively communicate with facilities to ensure smooth coordination and preparedness for each visit.
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource limitations, and operational roadblocks.

Strategic Coordination & Tracking:

• Expertly monitor and manage specialized lab cases (optometry, podiatry, dental, audiology).
• Collaborate with field teams and facility stakeholders to maintain a seamless flow of care.
• Develop tracking systems that ensure timely follow-ups and improved patient outcomes.

Market Ownership:

• Maintain and optimize comprehensive calendars, ensuring all facility visits and specialties align strategically.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and market performance.
• Act as the central communication hub, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Field Team Leadership:

• Confirm team readiness and proactively address operational issues before they impact service delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and documentation.
• Act as the first responder for logistical challenges, providing swift, effective solutions.
