• Assess and provide feedback on AI-generated responses within food delivery platforms for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
• Identify nuances in written and verbal communication to ensure AI outputs align with realistic and effective customer service standards.
• Review context‑specific scenarios, such as order inquiries, delivery status updates, and issue resolution exchanges.
• Flag incorrect, ambiguous, or inappropriate responses, offering concise suggestions for improvement.
• Create illustrative example conversations that reflect authentic food delivery customer interactions.
• Collaborate with project leads and technical teams to clarify requirements and optimize evaluation processes.

• Demonstrated expertise in food delivery, hospitality, customer service, or related sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
