• Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses to support business decision-making, leadership reviews, and performance management.
• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities across category performance, pricing, margin, assortment, and portfolio health.
• Develop executive-ready summaries, recommendations, and presentations to support strategic and tactical decisions.
• Design dashboard wireframes based on business needs and collaborate with analytics partners to support development and refinement.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Zenlytics, and similar platforms to accelerate analysis, synthesize insights, and improve reporting quality.
• Partner closely with category and product managers to build metrics, tracking tools, and performance analyses that support business objectives.
• Provide analytical support for pricing, assortment, margin, portfolio optimization, planning cycles, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Validate reports, datasets, and dashboards, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and document business requirements, assumptions, definitions, and validation findings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, pricing, and analytics teams to improve reporting processes, strengthen analytical rigor, and turn data into business action.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, finance, sales, category support, or a related business-facing analytical role.
• Advanced english, oral and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work with data from multiple sources and translate findings into business insights.
• Experience creating clear reporting, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to gather, document, and interpret business requirements.
• Experience validating reports, dashboards, or datasets for business use.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills - both technically and format/aesthetic-wise to be geared toward leadership applications; familiarity with BI/reporting tools is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools, including ChatGPT and Zenlytics, to accelerate analysis, synthesize insights, improve reporting quality, and support business decision-making responsibly and effectively.
• Preferred experience with margin, assortment, pricing, or portfolio analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization/reporting tools.
• Experience supporting UAT or business validation for dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Experience in a consumer products, retail, or commercial business environment.
