Part Time Educator – 30 Hours per Week

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and contribute to a nurturing and stimulating environment where young minds can flourish.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age‑appropriate educational activities in line with Aistear and Siolta frameworks.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that promotes children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, communicating effectively about children’s development and well‑being.
- Ensure the highest standards of care, health, and safety are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with the early years team to continuously improve the quality of provision and ensure a cohesive approach to learning.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
- A minimum of a Level 5 or Level 6 QQI Major Award in Early Childhood Care and Education (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work.
- Knowledge of Aistear (The Early Childhood Curriculum Framework) and Siolta (The National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education).
