Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.
Responsibilities- Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring safety and compliance with all protocols for children aged two months to twelve years.
- Assist with training and development of the Kids Club Associate team.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours, monitoring child‑to‑staff ratios.
- Manage reservations and child agreements, maintaining clear communication with parents and tracking bookings.
- Work closely with the Kids Club Manager to align team goals, coordinate daily and weekly tasks, and ensure efficient operations.
- Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
- Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children in the Kids Club.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Kids Club facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding Kids Club policies and updates.
- Foster positive relationships with members and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.
- 1 year in a supervisory role, with previous experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
- Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate Kids Club operating hours.
- Detail‑oriented, systematic problem‑solving, and strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Alignment with EōS Fitness Core Values.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Ability to access and operate company computer systems, including preparing documents, entering data, and reading reports.
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
Tenure Pay
Hourly Pay Range$15.70—$16.70 USD
