The case Aide position starts now!

******* Regular Pay *********

- $60 for 2 hour's visit ( Face to Face Only) + Mileage at .45 cents/ mile

- $100 for 4 hours per Visit ( Face to Face Only) + Mileage at .45 cents/ mile

• Please note, not all mileage is paid. Leaving from your home to children pick up and after children drop off at their homes back to yourhomes are paid mileage

PLUS

Bonus is $250 per payroll ($500 / Month) for 4
-6 months commitment.

To get the Bonus per payroll, Complete visits must be done, see the outline below

* $250 for 10 Complete visits or more

* $150 for 8-9 Complete visits

* $100 for 6 Complete visits or more

FAST HIRING PROCESS

ALL CASES ARE IN MARICOPA COUNTY. TRANSPORTING KIDS FROM 0-18 YRS USING YOUR OWN VEHICLE.

* Skills / Requirements*

* As a Case Aide you will:*

* Escorts and transports children and adults to and from their homes, foster homes driving your own vehicles.

* Supervises child/parent court ordered visitation.

* Communicate verbally, and in writing (email) when necessary, concerns and/or significant observations regarding clients

* Attend Agency staff meetings when needed.

* Complete needed daily documentation, progress notes and monthly reports ( Mandatory)

* Because the position is "mobile", you will require reliable transportation for transporting Children to and from visits and aworking knowledge or technology for fieldwork. (Maricopa county)

* COVID Screening will be done to all candidates.

* Will travel as needed to meet with families, transporting children, for supervised visits.

* PER-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:*

* Clean Background check

* HS diploma or GED ( Diploma/Transcript needed)

* Social Security card

* Drug Testing

* Free training proof or required to take a fresh training online beforegetting cases. (80%) pass result.

- Not paid for time taking the test.

* First Aide/ CPR

* Negative TB test or ability to obtain Negative Chest Xray

* Must have reliable transportation with proof of current auto insurance.*

* Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card that meets DES requirements for a Level One card or application
* Employee's paid

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends*

* Maintain a personal cell phone for client contact*

* All newly hired employees are subject to the E-Verify. Employment Eligibility Verification Program*

* May lift and carry up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds infrequently.

* Performs tasks that may involve standing and walking 25% of the day; sitting 75% of the day.
