- Oversee residential concrete construction projects from start to finish
- Manage field crews to ensure production schedules are met
- Ensure customer service requests are addressed promptly and effectively
- Uphold our high quality control standards across all projects
- Collaborate closely with the subdivision building team to ensure seamless project execution
- Proven experience in residential concrete construction, including slabs, driveways, and city sidewalks
- Knowledge of post tension slab repair techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and clients
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of health and safety requirements on-site
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans
