Superintendent​/Residential Concrete Subcontrator

• Oversee residential concrete construction projects from start to finish
• Manage field crews to ensure production schedules are met
• Ensure customer service requests are addressed promptly and effectively
• Uphold our high quality control standards across all projects
• Collaborate closely with the subdivision building team to ensure seamless project execution

• Proven experience in residential concrete construction, including slabs, driveways, and city sidewalks
• Knowledge of post tension slab repair techniques
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and clients
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Understanding of health and safety requirements on-site
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans
