You’ll serve as the senior field leader
, setting the standard for execution across major water and wastewater programs, including:

• Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
• Reclamation & Advanced Treatment Facilities
• Lift Stations & Pump Stations
• Large-scale municipal and utility infrastructure

• Lead and oversee field operations on complex, high-value infrastructure projects
• Establish the tone for safety, quality, schedule, and productivity
• Mentor Superintendents and field leaders, building depth and continuity
• Collaborate with Project Executives and Project Managers to drive outcomes
• Champion best practices, innovation, and accountability in the field

• Senior‑level field leadership experience on water/wastewater projects
• Proven success on large‑scale ($75M+) construction
• A calm, decisive leader respected by crews, owners, and trade partners
