Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Cost Manager – All Levels (Consultant, Senior Cost, Lead Cost)

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans, incorporating benchmarking data for review.
• Develop value engineering and life‑cycle costing options to optimize project efficiency.
• Identify potential risks and help maintain the project’s Risk Register.
• Contribute to pre‑contract process meetings, offering cost‑related insights.
• Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance.
• Attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions.
• Participate in design team meetings, assess cost implications, and implement agreed outcomes.
• Prepare and manage change‑order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports.
• Oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews.
• Work flexibly across remote, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center.

Work Location

Flexible:
The role will include a mix of working remotely, on‑site at a client, or in an Accenture office or center.

Compensation

$135,000 – $190,000 biweekly (range may vary by location, role, and experience).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or a related cost/construction specialty.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Post‑contract administration skills.
• Experience in Mission Critical projects.
• Project close‑out skills.
