Company Overview:
Tiello is partnered with a highly regarded Underground Utility Contractor based in Phoenix, AZ, in their search for a Quality Control Manager (Civil Construction).

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager in the Underground Utility, Civil, or Heavy Civil Construction Industry and will be responsible for helping leading successful large and small, public and private Underground Utility Construction projects.

Underground Utility, Water Line, Storm Drain, Sewer, CMAR, JOC

• Able to perform all essential Quality Control Manager job responsibilities
• Keep as-built records
• Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Keep up to date QC daily reports
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with all on-site employees
• Set up and see-through all tests and inspections
• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

• 4+ years helping lead quality control efforts for reputable Underground Utilities, Wet Utilities, Earthworks, or Heavy Civil contractors
• Experience with Projects focused on Underground Utilities, Wet Utilities, Heavy Civil Projects, Sewer, Storm, Water, Earthworks, Excavations
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related preferred, or equivalent field experience.
• CQCM Certification preferred
• First Aid/CPR Certified
• OSHA 30
• Understanding of local County and Federal Rules & Regulations
