Your Role as Assistant Superintendent
As the Assistant Superintendent, you'll be a vital part of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the flawless execution of multifamily construction projects. Your role will involve on-site coordination, managing field staff, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Corporate Culture:
    Uphold and promote the corporate culture and values.
  • Collaborate with Leadership:
    Work alongside the Project Superintendent and contractors to resolve construction challenges.
  • Plan Interpretation:
    Accurately interpret plans and guide subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Subcontractor Oversight:
    Oversee subcontractors, conduct investigations, and maintain a safe, organized job site.
  • Team Cohesion:
    Foster a cohesive workforce through strong leadership and effective communication.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study. An equivalent level of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
    • Associate's degree and 6 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
    • GED and 8 years of progressive experience in construction site management
  • Skills:

    Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost accounting.
  • Attributes:
    Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills;
    Procore experience is a plus.
