Tiello is partnered with a high‑performing roofing contractor in Phoenix specialized in both commercial and residential roofing. The company handles everything from large‑scale commercial reroofs to residential tile and shingle replacements, repairs, coatings, and insurance restoration work. Due to continued growth across the Valley, they are seeking a strong Roofing Sales Manager to support field operations, client relationships, and project delivery.
RoleSummary
This role manages roofing projects across both commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate is versatile, knowledgeable across multiple roofing systems, and comfortable coordinating crews, walking roofs, interacting with property owners, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Project Types- Commercial: New construction
- Residential: Tile, shingle, foam reroofs;
Insurance restoration roofing;
Leak calls, repairs, inspections
- Manage commercial and residential roofing projects from start to finish
- Conduct site walks, inspections, measurements, and assessments
- Produce accurate estimates, scopes of work, and budgets
- Schedule and coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
- Communicate consistently with clients, GCs, homeowners, and internal teams
- Track project timelines, change orders, and progress updates
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and warranty standards
- Support insurance inspections and adjuster meetings (as needed)
- Resolve field issues quickly to keep production on schedule
- Build strong client and homeowner relationships to drive repeat business
- Roofing experience across commercial and/or residential disciplines
- Strong understanding of roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, shingle, tile, foam, and coatings
- Ability to read plans, scopes, and technical drawings
- Proficient with project management or roofing software (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Eligibility to work in the United States
