CONSTRUCTION SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Construction Senior Superintendentin Phoenix, Arizona.
Construction Senior Superintendent Compensation & Benefits :Total compensation for the Construction Senior Superintendent is $135,000 - $170,000.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead subcontractors and field personnel on the job site.
- Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy
- Develop / update the project schedule
- Preparation oftwo-week look ahead schedules
- Use scheduling software to update project schedules
- Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors
- Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ personnel
- Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers
- Maintain accurate cost reports
- Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures
- A High School Diploma is required, college degree preferred.
- 8+ years of large commercial construction experience in all facets of the project. Extensive experience in Aviation orData Center preferred, but open to Large Commercial construction experience.
- Must also have experience with safety, preconstruction, staff development, and retention and customer interaction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, knowledge of construction methods and materials, strong team leadership skills and ability to communicate are all required skills. Candidate must also have time management and project organizational skills to be successful in this role.
- MS Office and use of Apple products (IPad, Iphone). Training will be provided on company standards.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- College Degree Preferred, not mandatory.
