• Create detailed as-built drawings and documentation that reflect the actual construction.
• Ensure all modifications, adjustments, and changes from the original plans are accurately recorded.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the accuracy of construction against the original plans.
• Perform field surveys and measurements to ensure the accuracy of as-built drawings.
• Provide support and clarification to project teams regarding as-built documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding as-built processes and requirements.
• Use relevant software and tools to create and update as-built drawings.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Previous experience in construction documentation, surveying, or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
• Ability to conduct site visits and perform physical inspections.
