Construction Services Project Manager

Job Description: Ninyo and Moore has an immediate opening for a Construction Services (materials testing/inspection) Project Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will manage construction and material testing projects, including managing project budgets and meeting and interacting with clients and design professionals. The Project Manager will also coordinate and oversee all field activities, including field technicians and inspectors for projects, visit the project sites to evaluate the work being performed.

Review all project related paperwork, and assist in troubleshooting problems on projects. This is not a general construction project manager position.

Education: B.S. /B.A. /M.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field preferred, but not required with the appropriate level of experience. ICC certifications in reinforced concrete, structural masonry, soils, steel and bolting a plus but not required.

Required Skills: The successful Project Manager-level candidate will have 5+ years of related experience performing some or all of the duties above, as well as 3+ years of project management experience. Candidate should be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in proposal preparation including materials quantity take-offs.
