Project Manager/Construction Manager (Actalent)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team in managing commercial construction projects, including data centers.

Location:

Manassas, VA (remote candidates from continental USA accepted). Position is a contract based in Phoenix, AZ
.

• Work with owners to ensure project completion on time and up to standard throughout the project/process.
• Manage a 12-month, $40 million project.
• Handle 30% submittals and submit other documentation into the database.
• Address 20% of RFIs.
• Participate in meetings, bids, general contractor meetings, and miscellaneous subcontractor meetings.

• 5+ years of Construction Management/Project Management experience (10 years if from the General Contractor side).
• 5+ years of experience with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and managing projects specifically for vertical commercial construction.
• Experience managing general contractors on vertical commercial construction projects and data centers.

• Experience with commercial and data center projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and documentation.

This position requires on-site work five days per week, working closely with the General Contractor. The role offers the opportunity to work with a top AI Chip Developer on the market, using cutting‑edge technology. The team is supportive and collaborative, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. The initial project is located in Manassas, VA.

Pay range: $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
