Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Occupational Health & Safety, Operations Manager
GCON is seeking a Safety Administrator to support our growing construction safety program. This role plays a key part in ensuring our safety processes run smoothly by managing documentation, coordinating training, supporting inspections, and maintaining accurate safety records.
You’ll work closely with Safety Managers and Coordinators while gaining exposure to complex construction projects and building a foundation for long-term growth in construction safety.

- Assist with OSHA inspection preparation and regulatory documentation.
- Track safety metrics and support reporting efforts.
- Support incident documentation and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate safety communications across teams.
- 1+ years of administrative experience with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in construction safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with digital systems and documentation tools.
