We are looking for a Remodeling Superintendent to join in on the fun in our Remodeling Department. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience.

The
Remodeling Superintendent plays an integral role and will be responsible for overseeing the quality of construction during a remodel. The Remodeling Superintendent will work closely with Remodel Customer Service Representatives, in-house trades and subcontractors to ensure their assigned projects run through the division smoothly and on budget. will consistently display friendly and compassionate customer service skills while effectively handling multiple active customer accounts.

The Remodeling Superintendent will be responsible to:

  • Reviews construction contracts and work orders to ensure that no scheduling or clerical errors were made during the writing of the contract.
  • Meets with customers prior to work being started for PCWT (Pre-Construction Walk Through) to make sure customer has clear expectations of the process.
  • Inspects each phase of the construction process to ensure quality. Redirects work on an as needed basis.
  • Read plans and make corrections as needed. Perform minor repairs in order to ensure quality standards are meet in an expeditious manner.
  • Provides bids, writes addendums, and advises/instructs homeowners on repairs for extra work
  • Ensures projects are moving along as scheduled. Releases each phase of construction for scheduling.
  • Works with construction crews in order to address special circumstances that arise during the construction process.

We are seeking someone with:
  • Clean Driving Record. (MVR)
  • Ability to multi task and perform well in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to deescalate/address customer concerns
  • Experience in customer service on jobsite setting
  • Provides high quality customer service to both internal and external customers
