• Proven Experience
  :
  Minimum of 5 years in high‑end custom home construction, including knowledge of rough construction and a keen eye for quality finishes.
• Vendor & Trade Scheduling
  :
  Ability to manage and schedule vendors efficiently.
• City Code Knowledge
  :
  Working knowledge of local building codes and inspection processes.
• Attention to Detail
  :
  Ability to catch issues early and ensure high‑quality craftsmanship.

• Timeline Management
  :
  Ability to keep projects on schedule and proactively address delays.
• Reporting & Documentation
  :
  Ability to document progress, maintain logs, and provide updates on project status.
• Quality Control
  :
  Conduct regular inspections at key phases to ensure workmanship meets company standards and design intent.
• Trade Coordination
  :
  Direct trade sequencing and on‑site coordination to prevent conflicts, rework, or downtime.
• Inspection Readiness
  :
  Prepare job sites for municipal inspections and ensure corrections are addressed promptly.
