• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Exposure to concrete, tilt‑wall, structural, shell, and full building scopes
• Proficiency with estimating software and Procore
• Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline

• Ground‑up commercial bids across Arizona
• Concrete and tilt‑wall takeoffs and pricing
• Subcontractor coordination and bid leveling
• Conceptual, ROM, and hard bids
• Clean handoffs to Operations and Project Teams
• 10–15% bonus + profit sharing
• 401(k) with 7–12% company contribution (no employee match required)
