Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Data Center Lease Preconstruction – Senior Project Manager to support our key client's North America DC lease delivery program for hyperscale data center developments.

As a Data Center Lease Senior Project Manager, you will own the critical handoff point between lease execution and construction delivery, serving as the primary coordination hub across developer, vendor, and internal stakeholder teams once a lease is signed. You will be responsible for digesting lease and work letter terms into actionable project guidance, standing up project governance, and driving delivery readiness so that gaps are identified and resolved early in the construction lifecycle.

Beyond individual project execution, you will play a critical role in building out a repeatable lease launch and handoff framework, identifying opportunities to strengthen program delivery, and supporting the continued growth of Turner & Townsend’s Data Center practice across North America.

• Lead the transition of signed data center leases from the transaction team to the construction delivery team, serving as the primary point of coordination (the "hub") across developer, general contractor, trade, and internal stakeholder groups.
• Digest lease overviews, work letters, and associated contractual documents into a clear, construction-ready summary covering accelerator type, approved design, approved vendors, commissioning requirements, power and connection details, network delivery, and TFO scope and handling.
