Dispatch crews to the field to assure the customer receives the requested traffic control

• Collect information from job calendar, traffic control plans, etc.
• Relay all job-related information to the crews so they have a clear understanding of the job
• Manage all call outs and changes to the scheduled job to make sure customer needs are still met
• Throughout the day receive calls to assist crews in various ways such as safety issues, work zone set ups, scheduling conflicts, etc.
• Understanding construction plans to assist in determining what will be required to accommodate scope of work for the contractor

• Thorough understanding of traffic control set ups and management of a traffic control crew
• Adhering to company policy at all times
• Having a cooperative team player attitude
• Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
