Field Service Representative ; Fully Remote

• Provide industry-leading technical and customer service for CCM's commercial roofing customers.
• Manage warranty inspections, job-site training, warranty claim investigations, and product support.
• Create your own schedule and work from home when not in the field, with travel across your assigned territory.

• Minimum high school diploma and 3 years of construction or commercial roofing experience.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
• Work outdoors in weather conditions throughout the year and on active construction sites.
• Travel by air and motor vehicles, including overnight travel, depending on territory.
• Enjoy a paid 9–12-week training program with fully covered travel, lodging, and meal expenses.
