Arizona Custom Signworks is a family‑owned full‑service signage and graphics company in North Phoenix, AZ with a new location and brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art equipment. We are seeking an experienced sign maker to be our Signage and Graphics Operations Manager.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on design and materials.
• Design and create custom signage and graphics using various substrates such as wood, metal, plastic, acrylic and vinyl.
• Operate sign‑making equipment including an HP700 latex printer, plotter/cutter, and laminator.
• Prepare surfaces for application of graphics and signage.
• Install signage and graphics at client locations while ensuring proper alignment and attachment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to enhance skills and service offerings.

• 5+ years experience as a professional sign maker in design, production and installation.
• MUST HAVE expertise using Adobe Design Tool Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• MUST HAVE expertise with RIP software.
• MUST HAVE expertise operating a wide format printer, plotter/cutter, and laminator.
• Color management and color matching.
• Vehicle and fleet graphic and wrap installation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
• Certified Installation professional (3m, Avery, etc.) is a strong advantage.
