At Fox Restaurant Concepts, we create more than restaurants—we create experiences. Our design team is looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye, bold ideas, and a refusal to lean on clichés. This role focuses on signage and environmental design that brings our brands to life in fresh, unexpected ways. This role is for you if you desire to design with intention, challenge conventions, and leave a lasting mark on how people experience restaurants.

• Concept, design, and execute signage, environmental graphics, and brand expressions across multiple restaurant concepts.
• Collaborate closely with a highly creative and cross-disciplinary team, from architects to chefs.
• Develop original design solutions that go beyond trends—pushing boundaries and evolving our work with every project.
• Support fabrication by working hands‑on with our in‑house production team to see designs through to installation.
• Present ideas and design narratives to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally with signage, environmental, or experiential projects.
• A conceptual thinker who thrives on storytelling and refuses cookie‑cutter solutions.
• Strong portfolio that shows versatility across 2D and 3D applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines without sacrificing quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with creative peers, leadership, and partners.

He opened his first concept, Wildflower American Cuisine, in Tucson in 1998, and today has introduced dozens of ever‑evolving Fox Restaurant Concepts brands. Now, 25 years later, we have 12 unique concepts with over 60 locations across the U.S., including fan favorites like Culinary Dropout, The Henry, Blanco Cocina + Cantina, and more.
