Dance Instructor

Overview

Fred Astaire Dance Studios - Colorado is hiring Dance Instructors. Base pay range is $35,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. We are growing and looking for energetic, customer-focused instructors who enjoy helping others learn to dance and have opportunities to influence what they earn.

As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your team will help students reach their personal dance goals in various contexts, from single events to long-term growth in dance.

Studio hours are regular, with some weekday evenings and weekends hosting events that you will attend with your students.

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week
• Help students reach personal dance goals in various formats (events, ongoing instruction, performances)
• Engage with students from diverse backgrounds and provide a welcoming, supportive environment
• Attend events with students during evenings and weekends as needed

• Are self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about dance
• Have outstanding customer service skills
• Understand what it takes to be successful and are willing to commit to the work
