We’re hiring a skilled, self‑motivated Manager of Digital Operations to oversee the Audacy Phoenix radio cluster. Audacy Phoenix is made up of KMLE 107.9, LIVE 101.5, and BIG 94.5 FM. This candidate is able to put out strong digital work on tight deadlines, has sound judgment, takes pride in their work, and has a high attention to detail. They have a problem‑solving attitude and an excitement for innovation.
The ideal candidate has an interest in music and pop culture that applies to multiple genres, a background in photography, graphic design, and video production, and is a self‑starter with the ability to work in a flexible environment while managing their time wisely. A sense of humor is a plus!
- Work collaboratively with the programming team and radio talent on all aspects of digital content & production.
- Create social content on a daily/weekly basis that drives engagement.
- Plan and execute guest interviews for recordings In‑Studio or on Zoom.
- Plan and execute digital coverage for major cluster events.
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Account Executives to bring digital sales activations to life.
- Work closely with Digital Sales Manager on OTT and Social Ad campaigns.
- Utilize company tools to measure strengths and opportunities pertaining to digital content, including brand webpages, social media, video/audio streaming, and podcasts.
- BA or BS Degree.
- 3+ years producing entertainment/music news and/or lifestyle digital content.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Photoshop, Audition;
After Effects work a plus. - Proficient experience with a variety of professional‑grade cameras and audio equipment.
