Job Title: Graphic Designer – Social Focus

The Graphic Designer is responsible for defining requirements, visualizing concepts, and creating compelling graphics for digital-first dg. This dd a robust emphasis on social media design, brand consistency, and collaboration with our marketing team on internal branded materials. The ideal dd brings a strategic, social-first mindset and is excited to help evolve brand vis a across channels.

Study design briefs and determine creative and technical requirements

Lead social media–focused design with strategy at the core

Conceptualize and execute visuals for social platforms, including static graphics and short-form video assets

Design graphics for websites, social media, and internal brand initiatives

Prepare rough drafts and present concepts to stakeholders

Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and digital assets using industry-standard tools

Apply appropriate color, typography, and layout systems aligned with brand standards

Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative leadership, and marketing partners to produce final designs

Test and optimize graphics across various digital media formats

Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity

Ensure all final graphics are visually engaging, polished, and on-brand

Support internal marketing efforts such as email design and light templated layouts

• Occasionally assist with presentation templates or print layouts, as needed

5+ years of experience as a graphic or digital designer (or equivalent experience)

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred (degree not required with equivalent experience)

A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social media design work

Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (motion or video tools a plus)

Familiarity with designing within established brand systems while helping evolve them

Photography or content capture experience is a plus, but not required

Strong social-first design sens啓 with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to think strategically about how design supports marketing goals

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Highly organized, self-directed, and deadline-driven

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment

Able to consistently produce high-quality work under time constraints.
