I opened my agency in 2003, and today we’re a strong, growing team of 11. Before opening the agency, I began my career in State Farm’s Claims Department, which gave me a deep understanding of the industry and a strong foundation for serving customers. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Utah and a dog lover — my two pups are an important part of my life and often part of the team culture, too.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Derrick Spencer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
