Position: Customer Service Representative I

We hiring two part-time Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls, emails, and chat. This is an in-office role at our Peoria office (31st & Peoria) where youll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing friendly and efficient support.

About Humble Home Chore Services

Humble Home Chore Services is a small private business contracted by the Department of Human Services (DHS) to assist individuals at risk with completing essential household tasks they are unable to manage independently. Our agency provides comprehensive household chore assistance and concierge services for those who require support. We specialize in working with individuals who have undergone assessment through the Minnesota Choice Assessment and have been approved for various programs, including Brain Injury (BI), Community Alternative Care (CAC), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), Developmental Disabilities (DD), Alternative Care (AC), Essential Community Supports (ECS), and Elderly Waiver (EW).

About the Role

We are seeking two friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will handle inbound phone calls, emails, and chat communications
. Youll serve as a trusted knowledge source to support our clients efficiently and effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This position is in-office at our Peoria location and requires individuals who excel in communication, time management, and problem-solving. We are looking for candidates who take initiative and respond proactively, not reactively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in company systems.
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge to effectively support clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to resolve client concerns.
  • Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure communications align with company values of professionalism, friendliness, and reliability.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
    .
Work Schedule
  • Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
  • Part-time, in-office at 31st & Peoria
  • Shifts will overlap to ensure full coverage of office hours (6:00 AM 4:00 PM
