JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPECustomer Relationship Representative interfaces with customers and installation partners and works with internal FIMER personnel to coordinate post‑sales service support.
ACTIVITIES- Enter sales, return and spare parts orders in SAP and provide confirmations to customers.
- Work with Service and Planning to schedule product shipments and provide lead time estimates to customers.
- Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving when necessary.
- Utilize or other systems for data input.
- Proficient typing skills and use of computer business applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, CRM and ERP applications).
- Experience with Sales Force interface to enter customer information, research customer accounts and assign tasks.
- Experience with standard office equipment (FAX, copier, multi‑line phone, etc.).
- SAP and Excel experience a plus.
- Exceptional communication: verbal, written, telephone and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently as part of a team, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow up on open tasks and commitment in a timely manner.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Preference for bilingual in Spanish.
