Job Description

Beloform is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the performance and skills of our customer service team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our employees consistently provide exceptional service while maintaining our company’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for customer service representatives.

  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on program effectiveness.
