We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Seasonal Box Office / Ticketing Help Desk Associates to support ticketing operations during the WM Phoenix Open tournament week, taking place February 2 through February 8, 2026.

: $15 per hour

Approximately 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Preferred Availability: Full availability during tournament week
Key Responsibilities- Sell event tickets using the official ticketing system (AXS).
- Assist guests with mobile ticket access and RFID wristband support
- Provide on-site assistance with ticket-related issues and questions
- Answer general event and ticketing inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure a positive guest experience through clear communication and problem-solving
- Must be comfortable working on a computer and learning ticketing software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work early morning shifts
