Basic job description:

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable individual who is eager to grow with our company and enjoys taking on new challenges! This position plays a key role in supporting both our field and office operations. Responsibilities include working alongside our house cleaning teams to perform quality control inspections, assisting with training and development, and supporting the Operations Manager with customer service, sales and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive and ready to step in wherever needed to help our team succeed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning management or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility as schedules may vary.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic typing skills; experience with scheduling or field management software.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting quality inspections to ensure all cleanings meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Assisting with the training and development of new and existing house cleaning staff to promote consistency and excellence.
  • Performing in‑home estimates for recurring cleaning services while effectively communicating the value and benefits of the Molly Maid brand.
  • Handling customer communications, including answering calls and online inquiries, assessing customer needs, and recommending appropriate services.
  • Managing customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.
  • Opening the office and dispatching cleaning teams each morning to ensure an organized and efficient start to the day.
  • Creating and adjusting daily route schedules for cleaning teams to maximize productivity and service coverage.
  • Processing customer payments and invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Maintaining organized documentation of customer and employee communications, service records and other operational information.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office and cleaning supply inventory as needed.
  • Providing field support to cleaning teams to ensure successful completion of daily assignments.
  • Performing additional duties as needed to support the overall success of the team and business.
