As our Concierge/Lead Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience and ensuring they feel warmly welcomed from the moment they step through our doors.

About the job:

• Set the energy and vibe for every guest entering our venue
• Create a positive and memorable environment for both incoming and outgoing guests
• Answer phone inquiries about reservations and special events in a professional and helpful manner.
• Conduct seating and guest flow while communicating with the team to ensure a smooth guest transition from concierge stand to table
• Be genuine, honest, attentive, and empathetic with guests, while always being mindful of how you can go the extra mile to improve their experience
