LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
PAY: $25.00/hour
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role serves as a key point of contact between our agency, manufacturer partners, and commercial plumbing customers. The position supports sales efforts, manages customer inquiries, and drives revenue through exceptional service and product knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online portals regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and product specifications
- Prepare and process quotes, submittals, and order entry accurately
- Support outside sales representatives with follow-up and project tracking
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and technical support
- Stay current on product lines and industry trends (training provided)
- Coordinate with manufacturers for pricing, product details, and shipping information
- Track and follow up on purchase orders, bids, and projects
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems (Prophet 21 and manufacturer portals)
- 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred (willing to train strong learners)
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing products and terminology a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience a plus
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with ability to work independently
