• Provide accurate product information, including pricing, features, and availability, to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
