Training: 3 weeks, Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM (mandatory)

Shifts:

7 AM-4 PM

* What You'll Do
* * Support homeowners via email, chat, and overflow phone calls-researching inquiries and resolving issues within SLAs.

* Address questions related to accounts, payments, loan transfers, escrow (insurance/taxes), and transactionrelated discrepancies.

* Partner with multiple internal teams to deliver fast, accurate resolutions while meeting contact center performance metrics.

* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
