Customer Service Rep
Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a 1 year contract in Phoenix, AZ. Work will be hybrid with onsite being in downtown Phoenix. Pay is $18/hr.
Candidate will be processing forms and reviewing them for accuracy and completeness. Forms will come in through the mail, fax, or e-mail. Will require researching issues and providing Tier 1 customer support regarding the forms’ completion. Will also process incoming mail. Candidate will be on site approximately one day a week. Must have basic administration skills/experience including typing, filing, and basic office equipment knowledge.
Must have a high school diploma or GED. Preferred candidate will have 10 key experience, be bilingual in Spanish, and/or have an Associate's degree or higher.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix metro area, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
