Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote) - by McCormick Ranch area

Salary: $53,000 annually

+ Serve as a trusted first point of contact

+ Deliver exceptional white-glove service through phone, email, and other communication channels.

+ Build strong relationships through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.

+ Accurately document conversations and complete follow-up activities.

+ Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing member interactions.

+ Resolve member concerns efficiently while maintaining a high-quality experience.

+ Adapt to evolving processes, procedures, and business needs.

+ Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders to ensure outstanding member outcomes.

Initial training schedule: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Post-training schedule may include shifts as late as 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (may be required to work 1 Saturday every other month depending on business needs)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
