Youll manage both inbound and outbound calls, provide clear information, and help homeowners confidently navigate important financial matters.

+ Answer questions regarding mortgage payments, escrow, and payoffs

+ Assist homeowners with website and account-related concerns

+ Manage a combination of inbound and outbound calls

+ Provide courteous, accurate, and solution-focused support

+ Document customer interactions using internal software

+ Work toward resolving questions during the first conversation

+ Connect homeowners with the appropriate internal teams when needed

What Were Looking For

+ Two or more years of recent high-volume contact center experience

+ Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls

+ Strong professionalism, reliability, and employment stability

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to learn new systems and connect with different customer personalities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
