What Youll Do

+ Assist homeowners with payments, escrow, payoffs, and account questions

+ Handle a mix of inbound and outbound customer calls

+ Provide patient, professional, and solution-focused support

+ Navigate internal systems and accurately document each interaction

+ Resolve questions during the first call whenever possible

+ Connect homeowners with the appropriate internal resources

+ Meet performance goals related to quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

+ Two or more years of recent high-volume contact center experience

+ Experience handling inbound and outbound calls

+ Strong employment stability, professionalism, and reliability

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to learn new technology and adapt to different customer needs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
