We are looking for a Healthcare Call Center Representative to support a busy healthcare environment in Phoenix, Arizona. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who stays composed in a fast-paced setting, communicates with empathy, and can direct high volumes of incoming calls with accuracy and discretion. In this role, you will help shape a positive patient experience by responding promptly, identifying urgent needs, and ensuring callers reach the right department or resource.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls each shift while maintaining a detail-oriented, courteous, and efficient approach.
• Evaluate each caller's needs quickly and connect them to the appropriate department, team, or service without unnecessary delay.
• Respond to emergency codes, alarms, and other life-safety events by following established communication protocols.
• Deliver urgent overhead or system-wide announcements clearly and accurately when required.
• Use switchboard technology, telecommunications equipment, and related digital applications effectively to support daily operations.
• Protect sensitive information by handling all caller interactions with a strong commitment to confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Support effective communication with diverse patient populations by adapting tone, language, and approach to meet individual needs.
• Remain calm during difficult or high-pressure interactions and escalate issues appropriately when immediate attention is needed.
