Onit, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of about 60 customers on the OnitX platform.
You’ll be the primary relationship owner for customers under $500K ARR, driving retention and expansion and delivering a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal. You’ll work cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Product, Marketing, and Account Management to ensure customers realize maximum value and outcomes.
