- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, phone.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, identify the root cause of issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions
- Guide customers through product features, onboarding steps, and account management procedures.
- should be able to work as per the Australian time frame.
- must have laptop and good wi-fi connection.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Should be proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in customer support software and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work our shift. Early morning starts from 8:30 - 5:30 Australian Time.
