Client Support Rep

SUMMARY

Our financial services Client is seeking Client Service Professional I team members to support our Client Contact Center in Phoenix. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in banking while delivering an exceptional client experience.

In this role, you will handle foundational, Level 1 banking inquiriesprimarily deposit-related callswhile building strong client service skills in a supportive, structured environment. You will be guided through hands-on training, coaching, and development opportunities aligned with our clients service standards and culture.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Respond to inbound client calls in a fast-paced contact center environment

Handle Level 1 banking inquiries with a focus on deposits and basic account services

Support clients with account inquiries, debit card issues, basic transactions, and online/mobile banking navigation

Deliver professional, empathetic, and calm service on every call

Follow established procedures to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data security

Meet performance expectations related to quality, schedule adherence, and attendance

Partner closely with supervisors and teammates during training and ramp-up

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

6 months of relevant call center experience preferred

Backgrounds in customer service, call centers, and banking are a plus

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite

Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
