Treatment Coordinator

Overview

Are you an organized, detail-oriented dental professional who loves connecting with patients and creating seamless experiences? Our growing dental practice is looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our warm and dynamic team!

This position will replace two front office roles, so we’re looking for someone with strong experience and confidence in handling multiple responsibilities, including treatment planning, financial coordination, and patient communication.

Schedule: Open to full or part-time opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Present and explain treatment plans and financial options clearly and compassionately
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Coordinate with doctors and hygienists to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections with accuracy
• Provide an exceptional experience for every patient, every time

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of dental front office experience (treatment coordinator or similar role required)
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Experience with Curve Dental
